What is "net candy?" That is what your opponents call it when you pop up an easy high ball to them and they "kill it" at you or your partner. How do you stop giving your opponents "net candy?" Keep the ball low at your opponent's feet forcing them to hit up on the ball, not down at you. Keeping the ball low will make the entire game more fun for you and your partner.
Some players can keep the ball low by hitting topspin, some by under spin and some by hitting flat. The choice of technique is not as important as which one you can keep low.
In general, the team that keeps the ball low wins and the team that gives too many "net candies" can't win. Go on a tennis diet... no more "net candy."
Good luck on the courts!
