Wow! What a difference a month has made. No longer my normal life! Wash, clean, disinfect---repeat! Not anything like a hurricane. That can be planned out, in a fairly localized area. This thing is worldwide! You must constantly be thinking that anything you do can negatively affect others. Many people have anxiety, depression and generally experience isolation!
If there is an upside, this is what I found! I have never seen so many of my neighbors walking, biking, running, roller blading, etc. I personally will give a private lesson if the student wants to. I can easily maintain a 20-foot safety zone. I will not give any large group lessons.
I continue to order takeout at all my regular eating spots. I want to support them. I always leave a healthy tip. I always thank everyone working to help us, (grocery store employees, health professionals, restaurant employees, etc.). I always do something physical for myself every day, (bike, walk, home gym). I continue to eat healthy, getting more sleep and looking forward to this thing ending!
You can really feel everyone working together to end this pandemic! Even the kids are online continuing their education and parents are working from home!
Wow! Thank God for technology.
Throughout this virus we are all going to help each other and we will get through it together!
Good luck on the Courts and stay safe!
