Opening An Indoor Tennis Facility

    I would like to open an indoor tennis facility in a small but growing
city in the southern U.S. What advice can you give me in regard to
determining whether there is a market and what size facility this market
would sustain?
    Also, someone on this list mentioned that an average indoor court should
generate $75,000 per year in programming. Is this gross or net income?
Where can you find specifics on this type of programming?
