Indoor Clay Courts

I am going to develop a 4 and eventually 8 court indoor club in the
Columbus, Ohio area. I am evaluating the feasibility of having indoor
HarTru. I would imagine that the moisture from the courts would cause
problems with a block and metal building structure. Additionally, I
would like to know if any clubs have thrown a bubble over clay courts
for the winter. Our winters are cold, but not as cold as many people
think because we are about 1.5 hours below the Ohio snow belt. I
welcome any thoughts on these plans.
