hand signals and rules

The USTA Officials have a hand book "Friend at Court" which gives all the
hand signals, rules, etc. of tennis. Being a USTA Certified official we get
the hand book annually from the USTA. You should contact Richard Kaufman
he's the Director of Officials at the USTA (914)696-7245 and will be able
to assist/direct you. I don't know if the book is available to the general
public. There are Officiating classes conducted throughout the US at
various times during the year. You may want to inquire on that as well.
