A Great Idea. However, the only caution I would have is the smaller than
normal courts which would limit your options of using the facility for more
than just the real small youngsters. After all, many tennis clubs make a
good deal of their money after 8 pm, which is a time only adults are going to
be playing. You can always use protable nets (from Wilson PeeWee or
OnCourtOff Court) to subdivide regular courts if necessary.
