Hard-court maintenance

I am becoming the tennis coach this year at my school. I will inherit 4
new courts. I will be expected to do regular hard-court maintenance. Is
there a web site where I can find information about nets, cable tension,
etc. I specifically don't know how tight the cable should be and how
that is maintained. Is a torque wrench used?
