[tennisbiz] Coaching High School Teams

I am about to be a brand new tennis coach at my school. I am already a
member of USPTA and feel real comfortable teaching private and group
lessons. However, I understand that coaching a high school team is a lot
more than lessons. First can I glean from the readership your favorite
team activity, that teaches and trains, but is fun and not toil. Maybe
an end of the practice activities that leave them wanting more, or fun
games that promote good clean competition between teamates. Finally can
you recommend a good book that I can find locally that really focuses on
school team tennis. How to decide who plays #1, what to make sure you've
got with you when you go to play another school, etc.
