[tennisbiz] Tennis court construction in tropical country

Does anyone know where to get reliable technical guidebooks/handbook,
manuals, software and references describing smart, practical and proven
ways to construct , equip and maintain indoor & outdoor tennis courts,
from low-cost up to the most modern & state-of-the-art ones, which are
heavily exposed to the tropical climate ? As I am about to start an EPC
business in developing tennis complex in my area I would also welcome
valued advice from those experts having experience in similar situation,
including from parties knowledgeable in the world of tennis court
accessories ( lighting, fencing, roofing, computerized games control,
fixtures etc.).
