Joe's tennis game suggestion reminds me of one that I came up
with.
I get on one side of the court with another pro or one of the better
students. The others line up in two lines on the other side. I put the
ball in play and the the players in the front of the two lines come
forward and play out a doubles point.
If they win the point they each pick up a playng card from a deck of
cards and keep it. Otherwise the go back to the end of the line.
After the game is over the player with the most points (face cards
worth 10 points) wins. Another way is to give the win to the player
with the best poker hand.
