[tennisbiz] An instructor's letter of agreement w/site

Hello:

Who can give me a sample letter of agreement between an instructor and
an entrepreneur?

I have a summer tennis program and hire instructors. Group
lessons/clinics are the bread & butter of my business.
What contract will serve my purposes for the following :

1) Prevent instructors from bird-dogging my students or tennis sites;

2) Assure that instructors will show up for lessons-and suffer a
reasonable penalty ($) if they don't show

3) Incentives for attracting new students to the program
