I might be able to help you; I have designed numerous Round Robin/League
schedules, but I am not sure that I understand what you are looking for.
In the subject line, and in some of the text, you talk about Round Robins,
but later you mention (tournament?) semifinals and finals.
I have schedules - minimizing repetition - for regular doubles as well as
mixed doubles, running for 12 weeks, but is that what you are looking for.
