[tennisbiz] Setting up a tournament

<x-charset iso-8859-1>Can anyone recommend a book or website that gives detailed instructions on
how to set up a tennis tournament, specifically the rules and guidelines
that should be followed? Example questions I have in mind include how to
prepare a draw (e.g., where are the seeds placed in the draw, how seeds are
determined, how are placements of the remaining players determined), the
people/roles that should be involved (e.g., roles and responsibilities of a
tournament director, do you need someone designated as an official umpire in
case disputes arise).

I am hoping some organization or person has documented all of the things
step-by-step you need to consider and do when running a tournament.
