[tennisbiz] Dealing with bad attitudes
Hello,
My name is Randal May. I am a U.S.P.T.A. Certified Tennis Instructor
with 10 years experience. I have a Tennis School in Vienna, Austria. The
Tennis School has a wide spectrum of junior players from young beginners
up to tournament players. With my tournament players I now have a big
problem: ATTITUDE. They all have learned the best possible technique, are
quick, fit and agile. But when facing a similar opponent whom is also
ready to play my players are only full of lame excuses as to why they
don't get the job done. I don't want to give up on them but they are
constantly giving up on themselves when facing tough sitiuations. Can
someone advise me what to do. The solution which comes to my mind is to
dump these lightweights and concentrate on the younger kids who want to
fight through the tough times on the court when under pressure. S.O.S.!
Thank You,
Randal MAY
