       Don't give up on your older kids, Randal. The fact is that your
younger kids will be in their place one day and most likely you will
encounter the same attitude with them.
       My suggestion is that you concentrate more on mental toughness. There
is a tape out by Jim Loehr called "Mental Toughness". This is a terrific
tape and might give your players some mental skills to concentrate on. On the
other hand, we are talking teenagers here. But...... don't give up!!!!!!
