[tennisbiz] Food & beverage operations
Question:
Our public tennis facility has a food & beverage
operation. Often times, we lose a lot of potential
business because renting schools, patrons, etc. bring
outside f&b, sometimes small items, sometimes coolers.
The question is: who else has a similar operation, and
what if anything, do you do to prevent them from
bringing in outside concessions - strict rules, no
rules, posted signage, etc. Any ideas to discourage
this type of behavior. Thanks.
