[tennisbiz] Tennis Club.

To Tennis Biz,
I have recently taken over a tennis club. It is one of
the first in South Africa that will run as a private
enterprise and be run to make a profit.
I have many ideas that I want to put into action to
make the club run at a profit, I however don't want to
over look the running of the club for the benefit of
the members and playing people.
Does anyone have any ideas for me to:
1) promote the club, increase the membership of the
club.
2) Ideas for a youth club and for social tennis for
many standards of players, how can I structure the way
the people play.
3) a way to give people a rating for their standard.
4) I want to build some clay tennis courts, can anyone
give me the best way to make the court.
