[tennisbiz] Swinging Volley

Wimbledon was a great drama for tennis this year...

Interestingly, I saw a great deal of players using a
swinging volley. I do not ever remember being taught
that shot or told it was ok to swing at your volleys.
In fact the contrary is/was the standard.

Nevertheless, it seems to be an effective new weapon

How does a Pro teach this shot to youths? Better yet,
how can I teach myself first how to hit it properly
and when?
