I agree with Barbara's assessment of the plastic over the wooden benches.
The wood does look great when properly maintained ( and that may be worth it
for someone who is willing to put in the time and effort. ) The green
benches due tend to show their age a little more dramatically than do the
white and I do believe that the white does remain a little cooler in the hot
sun. ( A definite consideration in my home state of Georgia! )
I do not recommend concrete for the obvious reasons of weight on the
court, inability to readily move for cleaning / resurfacing /
etc. and they are much harder to keep clean than plastic.
