Interesting phrase, easy to say to your pupils but it must be
explained..a bit like telling someone to concentrate better, when
probably in normal life they find it hard, let alone when a ball is
approaching at speed.
I think you can describe this phrase as a means of telling your pupil
that the body should work but by co-ordinating the racket head speed on
whatever shot, you are using the racket as well as you.
Tennis is of course a racket game, and the better you learn to let the
racket work the easier it is for you.
