[tennisbiz] Where to aim groundstrokes
Don't forget that a player a few years back trained to hit the ball at
least one metre inside the court, if he overhit the ball was probably
still good, he was Bjorn Borg, who became a pretty good player.
I use this idea as a basis for my pupils, and up to now it seems to
work, and gives them confidence on the groundstrokes
