Dear Ray,

The best tool to use in painting your fences is an electostatic paint gun.
It "wraps" the paint around the posts. Ask local paint contractors if they
have this paint gun. Color is, of course, normally dark green, but black
often looks great too. You can most likely find out from tennis clubs in the
area who they use for the fence painting.
