Concerning the fact of having more than one coach is
quite a touchy subject as there seems to be so much
fear of losing your pupil. At the end of the day if
you are a good coach and offer a good service you
would never lose that pupil.
I think that it is a good idea and here in South
Africa am wanting to have some of my promising pupils
work under me and my other coaches, the main reason is
that I have my strengths and the other coach has
theirs. I will always see things differently to them
and so it adds a rounded approach to the pupils game.
