[tennisbiz] Indoor tennis courts in the basement?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if it was possible to have 3 tennis courts in
the basement and on top of that 3 outdoor on the ground floor.

Is this technically possible and what are the advantages and
disadvantages of such a construction?

Are there clubs in the world with such a construction?

PS: I do believe that the driving volley should be integrated
in the tennis lessons to create diversity and stimulate
hand-eye coordination
