Contact your local USTA section office and ask for information on how to
start a Community Tennis Association (CTA). Take the few you have interested
in getting a program started and orgainize them into a group. From there you
can begin with USA Team Tennis, your local section office will help with
info. You can then apply for grants to develop programs, etc. I'd also
approach your local Parks & Rec director and try to implement some of the
programs through them for the summer. Hope this helps. Pat
