[tennisbiz] Practice on road

I have a nationally (Finland) highly ranked junior in boys under 16. He
is going for a long summer (july) vacation to New York, Hicsville. What
is the best or next to best system to obtain info about tournaments in
that area and training possibilities?

It would be nice to since we know that lot of juniors travel during
summer vacations and are then not involved in their programs.
