[tennisbiz] Reservation schemes

I am looking for an advance reservation schemes for our tennis club. We
have over 400 members and two doubles courts and two singles courts
under a bubble. The bubble is open from AM until 11PM.
 Currently we have a three day advance reservation call-in that runs
between 7 and 7:45 AM. Many members complain that they are not able to
call at that time or the lines are always busy.

Does anyone have a better scheme that might be more equitable to all the
members?
