[tennisbiz] Building a tennis court

<x-charset iso-8859-1>I live in Norway by the coast and I will be
resurfacing a tennis court there! In the summer we get
hot weather with some rain. In the winter the court is
quite exposed to spray from the sea. The temperature
at that time can be anywhere between 0 and minus 30
degrees celius.
I would like to know what is the ideal materials to
use in this kind of environment? Is there something
new that is very resistant to the weather and long
lasting? Thanks for your help.
