stringers that seem within the budget that you've posted, assuming that it's
around $700.00 are Gamma's and Alpha's. With either one, you'd be looking
at buying a manual crank machine, which is accurate, with dual action swivel
clamps, and a 6-point mounting system.

Electronic machines for $700 that are of high quality are hard to come by.
In addition, some electric machines simply aren't constant pull, meaning
they are the same as the crank machines, just not as fast. Basically, if
you're looking to spend around $700, I'd reccomend a manual crank.
