[tennisbiz] Re: Permanent court time

Dave,

I belong to a club in southeastern Michigan that has a lot of permanent
court-time subscribers -- particularly during evening hours Monday through
Friday. I have a court for 90 minutes each week with one other player.

The contract runs from Labor Day through Memorial Day -- about 35 weeks --
and he and I are each billed for half of the court time, once in September
and once in January. Together we find two players each week for doubles who
pay us for their court time.

I know about the "professional subs" who think that when they are asked to
play it's "free." We don't ask them to play.
