[tennisbiz] Junior Memberships

I am looking for information on anyone who offers a "Junior" membership at
their private clubs. We are a private tennis club that offers memberships to
Individuals, Couples, and Families with a standard initiation for all. We
also offer a "student" membership - 3 months with limited play times. We are
also considering a "junior" membership - regular initiation with lower dues
for ages 18 - about 30. We are thinking this may help fill the void of
"twenty somethings" here at the Club. Does anyone offer such a thing? I am
wondering if this is a smart move - it seems the twenty-somethings are
generally the ones without kids, more time (thus using the Club more than
average)....I'd like to know how your program works, what the rates are
(especially in relation to normal dues), and if it is a good way to cultivate
future full paying members or if they disappear before then.
