The ladder system at http://www.centralfloridatennis.com has been
expanded to incorporate a junior section. However, there appears to be a
strong feeling that it cannot function as a regular, challenge system
because of the difficulty of independent travel by juniors and the need
to co-ordinate and organize individual matches. What is being proposed
is that juniors play ladder matches as part of scheduled 'training
sessions' where courts are reserved and matches scheduled by the tennis
center.

I would be interested in the experiences of any others in actually
running a junior ladder.
