Does anyone out there have any experience with putting together a group of
investors to help a young player's training expenses?

I am trying to find the best way to structure a contract between the
investors and the player.

What are the important points in any such contract that makes it fair to all
parties?

What are the reasonable expectations and obligations for the parties?
