[tennisbiz] Playing styles

Hello everyone,

    Serving and volleying is almost extinct on the pro tours with only one
woman serve and volleyer and six or seven men serve and volleyers in the top
100 singles rankings.

Question No. 1 -- Why do you think this happened?

Question No. 2 (to the coaches and teaching pros in our group) -- Do you
still teach the serve and volley? And why, or why not?

Question No. 3 -- What do you think can and should be done to rectify this
problem and redress this imbalance?
