<x-charset iso-8859-1>In my opinion, if the tournament has agreed to accept an entry based on the
avoidances that the player has turned in, it is the tournaments
responsibility to honor them. In the event that a tournament administration
error occurred, the players matches, that were defaulted, should have been
rescheduled. It is each tournament organizations option, on how to deal
with avoidances but what ever you do please remember that the tournament is
for the player first.

It would seem from your question that you are troubled by the decisions that
were made. I would suggest that you either refund the team entry fee or
offer them a free entry in your next event either of which accompanied by an
apology (just customer service).

I have made my mistakes, so I know how you feel.
