Best bet is to check with Intermountain USTA Regional Office via their
website. USTA has an insurance company for liability coverage for tennis
events.

We used insurance coverage through USTA company in 1999 for a one day TIA
BLITZ / USTA Grow the Game tennis festival held at NORDSTROM Tennis Center
at the University of Washington. Cost was approximately $ 300 - $ 350,
however, this covered an entire year not just one event. If possible use a
local CTA (Community Tennis Association) to apply for coverage. Local CTA
can then have coverage in place for remainder of year following your
tournament.
