[tennisbiz] Tennis Pros

We have a very small pool/tennis club - only 2 courts - but our tennis
program (mostly kids lessons) is growing. We're trying to determine the
best arrangement to establish with a pro..

1. Pro handles all lesson sign ups, promotion, pays us a percentage of
revenue
    Good - we're hands off. Bad - Ensuring that we get all monies we
should be getting.
2. We handle everything and pay the pro a percentage or straight fee.
    Good - we know who's taking lessons, etc. Bad - We're a volunteer
group, no one really wants to admin it

3. Pro pays us a set monthly fee - he handles all programming and
promotion.
    Good - Hands off Bad - ?

I'd appreciate any knowledge/experience that you all have with such
arrangements or any other options.
