Cathy, if you really don't want to be that much involved, then just
open your club to all tennis pros. Why do you need just one? What
were you expecting of him/her?

Pros are more than willing to pay for courts if they have students to
teach.

My suggestion is that you rent your courts to them, perhaps at a
lower rate to start out with, and help them any way you can to
promote their lessons.
