I have a program, called FILE & RANK, which is a point ladder where players
earn points by winning matches or (optionally) having 'good losses'.

The program can be set up for singles. same-partner doubles, or just
'doubles' where you play with one partner today and a different partner
tomorrow. I believe that is what you are looking for.

The two players on each side of the net get credited to their 'individual
accounts' for the points earned in each match. So, you can say they all are
ranked as doubles players, regardless of the partners.
