[tennisbiz] Doubles Tennis Ladder

I designed the tennis ladder at http://www.centralfloridatennis.com. It
assumes that doubles teams remain and play as a team. I have not
previously given any thought to the situation where players rotate
around partners. But, now that I have, it seems to me that, as you are
tracking individual performance rather than the results of a 'team', you
just treat it as an additional singles ladder. Partners in a doubles
team both enter the score of the match as a personal ('singles') result
and the system will then track their performance as an individual
playing in doubles events.
