I am thinking of leasing an indoor tennis club with 6-8 courts.
Does anyone have any advice/suggestions on a fair monthly payment,
type of lease, other negotiable items, etc. that I should consider.
How do folks suggest taxes, insurance and maintenance be split up
amongst the onwer & the lessee?
