Although I've read some great ideas, I have to disagree with the
importance people put on the toss. Even the best servers on the
tour don't have consistant tosses. There are too many things that
can go wrong when you're tossing, wind and the sun to name just a
few. What people need to work on the serve is balance, extension
and wrist snap.
