[tennisbiz] Providing match feedback to juniors

<x-charset ISO-8859-1>Hi all,

I am involved with coaching junior teams which play local clubs. We
have matches for 12, 14, 16 and 18 age brackets.

I am looking for suggestions on how others approach providing feedback
to the juniors without giving them paralysis by analysis. For many this
is their first exposure to competitive match play..

The younger kids can be fragile and sometimes their emotions get the
best of them..
