[tennisbiz] Pre-tournament players

<x-charset UTF-8>Hi everyone,
I'm am now setting up a recruit group with all the best kids in our tennis
school being invited. The idea is to give a bit extra help to those who
show talent. We want this group to develope into tournament players. The
1st group is between 6-9 years old and the second is between 9-12. The
youngest can play mini tennis matches and we have moved most of them back
to 3\4 court and serving from the baseline is a problem.

I would apreciate ideas in regards a yearly plan. Are there some good
tricks to make the transfer from fun tennis to tournament tennis because it
is scary for some.Primarily though I need some ideas for some sociable
games (6-9yrs). We
will be having half an hour up in the restaurant. I need some "get to know
each other" games. We've done writing names down on paper. Now I want
something fun to help them bond a bit better.
