Hello Ron,

Your comments are "right on". Tennis IS in a downturn but even if it were
not...a professional environment with professional people never goes out of style.

I don't know if Jeff meant to say "unprofessional" was ok...his comments
indicated a concern of loss of individuality within the club...and I can say that
individuality can still be maintained even if the club has structure to it.

As you mention...all successful organizations have structures and standards.
We want great personalities to be part of this...but setting up standards for
people to aspire to...setting up an environment where people (employees and
members/guests) feel welcomed and wanted and a program that has the look and
feel of organization can go a long way to creating an environment people want to
be around.
