In response to David Martin's e-mail on Free Tennis Lessons for Juniors:

My wife and I were instructors with a program through Los Angeles City
that was free to the kids. It was called LA Kids Tennis Academy, and we
were instructors for about 4 years. The program was for kids' starting
at age 6. We occasionally accepted some kids who were younger, but, for
the most part, we kept to the 6 years old starting age. The kids who
were at least 6 years old were more coordinated and better able to
concentrate and participate in the program.
