It seems you are dealing with short-sided owners. I suggest a couple
things. Get all the tennis players at your club to sign a petition
protesting parking on the court. They could even threaten to resign if the
parking plan goes through. Next explain to the owners that parking on the
court will ruin the court, especially on warm days. At say 20k per court
replacement cost, that is a loss of $80K plus. I should think that for only
30 days per year, they could find some nice grass somewhere around the club
to park on. You can always re-plant grass seed.
