[tennisbiz] Re: Question about the TennisConnect service - is it any good?

For our club, tennis connect has been great. We are a one court indoor
facility with 35 regular members. Each member has access to the court scheduler.
They can sign up for open court time that they see is available and works
into their schedule. We have no employees and this is a reliable way to get
optimum use from our court. In fact, even when I'm traveling I always have
access to the court through the online features and can post messages from
anywhere.
 
Previously, one member would be a scheduler and take phone calls at any time
for scheduling or you had to go to the club and see if it was available if
scheduler couldn't be reached. Tennis connect has many options available that
we don't use due to our size. However, the freedom of independent court
scheduling would apply to any size club and we love it!!!!! Highly recommend.
