Your rate will depend on the number of hours you are
working, the sales volume of the store as well as how
extensive your duties are as manager such as,
merchandising responsibilities, hiring, training, sales
goals, and the geographic location you live in. To
gage a more accurate salary, you should try to
obtain that information from other retail managers in
your area with similar size stores.
