[tennisbiz2] Unforced Error Calculation

Hi-
 
Could anyone give me some suggestions on Unforced Error Calculations
formulas?
 
In calculating the Unforced Error Percentage, I need to know the maximum
number of both Unforced Errors and total serves in a game, a set, and a
match. I need these numbers to place boundaries on my division
calculation to determine the percentage. These boundaries would be a
worst case for the calculations.
